narragansett towers wedding photography

I had an awesome time photographing the wedding celebration of Sabrina and Tom in Narragansett, RI last holiday weekend. Sabrina and her bridesmaids prepared for the day at the Stone Throw's Inn and then walked over to the Narragansett Towers for the ceremony and reception. Following a beautiful intimate ceremony, everyone celebrated in true Brazilian tradition by dancing throughout the night.

I had the honor of photographing the gorgeous wedding of Kathleen and Dan. Following their beautiful ceremony we headed over to Colt State Park in Bristol, RI for some fun portraits in the park. Afterwards, the celebration continued throughout the evening with their reception at the Venus de Milo.

the knot "best of weddings" 2010 award winner

Andre Blais Photography was recently awarded with The Knot's 2010 Best of Weddings award!

Winning this award came as a complete surprise as I had no idea I was even entered or running for it. Best of Weddings entries come from votes and nominations by real brides who were past clients.

baby camden portrait session

I had a holiday portrait session with the beautiful baby boy Camden. I believe it's important to photograph everyone when they're comfortable, relaxed, and in a good mood and this applies even more so to babies. About halfway through the morning photoshoot Camden decided he needed a little nap so we took a break and I played some acoustic guitar with his father Josh. Afterwards the little man was rearing to go.....
